NBR 70 O-ring is a sealing ring made of nitrile rubber material, where "70" may refer to a hardness of 70 Shore hardness. Nitrile rubber is a synthetic rubber with excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, and wear resistance. Its operating temperature range is -30 ℃ to+110 ℃, and it can maintain good sealing performance in most common oils and chemicals. It also has good mechanical strength, elasticity, and processing performance, making it easy to process and install. In addition, nitrile rubber has good resistance to some polar solvents.

It should be noted that nitrile rubber should not come into contact with substances containing oil, such as gasoline, diesel, hydraulic oil, etc., otherwise it will cause the O-ring to expand or be eroded. In addition, the high-temperature resistance of nitrile rubber is not as good as that of HNBR hydrogenated nitrile rubber. Therefore, when selecting sealing materials, it is necessary to choose according to the actual usage requirements, and pay attention to avoiding contact with substances containing oil during use to protect the performance and service life of the sealing materials.
