HNBR rubber is a type of hydrogenated nitrile rubber. After hydrogenation treatment, its molecular chains are hydrogenated and saturated, improving heat resistance and aging resistance. Therefore, HNBR rubber has good oil resistance and aging resistance in high-temperature environments. In addition, HNBR rubber also has good wear resistance, compression permanent deformation resistance, and high strength.

In the application of HNBR rubber, the common O-ring is an important product form. O-shaped sealing rings have excellent sealing performance and medium resistance, and are widely used in various sealing and water blocking occasions, such as the automotive industry, petrochemical industry, mechanical manufacturing, and other fields. The HNBR O-ring can be used in various media such as oils, fuels, lubricants, etc., and also has good high-temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.
