The cross-section of the flat O-ring is a flat shape, usually made of materials such as silicone, nitrile rubber, fluororubber, etc. It has excellent sealing performance and characteristics such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and oil resistance, and is widely used in various sealing occasions.

The specifications of flat O-ring seals are usually identified based on their cross-sectional diameter and material. For example, common flat O-ring specifications include: diameter 1.8mm, cross-sectional width 0.128mm, material made of nitrile rubber, marked as "4X1.8", etc.

Flat O-ring seals can be used alone or in combination, suitable for various static and dynamic sealing occasions, such as hydraulic pneumatic components, pipeline joints, valves, etc.
