Styrene butadiene rubber SBR
StyreneButadieneCopolymer has good wear resistance and aging resistance, but poor impact toughness and can be mixed with natural rubber. Advantages: Non oil resistant materials have low cost, good water resistance, hardness below 70, good elasticity, high hardness and poor expansion. Disadvantages: It is not recommended to use strong alkalis, ozone, oils, fats, and most nitrogen oxides. Widely used in the tire industry, footwear industry, fabric industry, and conveyor belt industry.
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber HNBR
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is a part of double chains removed after hydrogenation of nitrile rubber. The heat resistance and aging resistance of hydrogenated nitrile rubber are much higher than those of ordinary nitrile rubber, and the oil resistance is similar to that of ordinary nitrile rubber. The general application temperature category is -25~150 ℃. Advantages: Compared with nitrile rubber, it has better wear resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, tensile strength, tear resistance, and expansion resistance
It has good resistance under atmospheric conditions such as ozone and is generally suitable as a cleaning agent for laundry or dishwashing. Defect: Not recommended for use in the air conditioning refrigeration industry in aldehydes, lipids, or aromatic solutions. Generally used as a sealing element in environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a systems.
Engine system seals.
Chloroprene rubber CR
Neoprene. Polychromoprene is formed by the individual polymerization of chloroprene. Rubber before vulcanization has good elasticity and wear resistance, is not afraid of direct sunlight, has particularly good weather resistance, is not afraid of severe distortion, is not afraid of refrigerants, is resistant to dilute acids, is resistant to silicone ester lubricating grease, but is not resistant to phosphate ester gear oil. It is easy to crystallize and harden at low temperatures, with poor storage stability, and a large expansion in mineral oils with low aniline points. The temperature range is generally -50~150 ℃. Advantages: Good elasticity, good compression deformation, secret recipe without sulfur, easy to make. It has anti animal and edible oil properties, and will not be affected by neutral chemicals, fats, oils, various oils, solvents, and other influencing properties. It has flame retardant properties
Defect: Strong alkali does not use R12 refrigerant seals, rubber parts or seals in household appliances that are resistant to strong alkali, nitrohydrocarbons, lipids, chloroform, and ketone chemicals. Suitable for producing various products that come into direct contact with the atmosphere, such as sunlight and ozone components. Suitable for various flame resistant parts. Rubber products are resistant to solvent corrosion.
Natural rubber NR
Natural Rubber is a polymer of isoprene, made from rubber collected from rubber trees. It has good wear resistance, strong elasticity, fracture strength, and elongation. It is prone to aging in gas, becomes viscous under heat, expands and melts easily in mineral oil or gasoline, and is resistant to alkali but not strong alkali. Advantages: Good elasticity and corrosion resistance. Disadvantages: It is not weather resistant and oil resistant (resistant to edible oil). It is made from adhesive tape, rubber hoses, and rubber boots, suitable for making shock absorption components, automotive brake oil, and products used in liquids containing hydroxide ions, such as alcohol.
NBR rubber
NitrleRubber is a copolymer of propylene and butadiene, with propylene content ranging from 8% to 50%. The higher the propylene content, the stronger the resistance to petrochemical hydrocarbon fuel oil, but the lower the low-temperature performance. It is generally used in the temperature range of -25 to 100 ℃. Dingqing rubber is currently one of the most commonly used rubbers for oil seals and O-rings: it has excellent characteristics of oil resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, and high pressure oil resistance
